Lumina Foundation, Center for American Progress, and IBM are convening forty participants on Friday April 5th to explore and test the readiness of service science, service research, and service-dominant logic to contribute to institutional practices and public policymaking to improve higher education productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
