Hello ISSIP Community,
I’m Andrea Biancini, and I’m delighted to better connect with you by joining the ISSIP Newsletter team. Currently, I serve as Head of Education Programs at EIT Digital and work as a contract professor at several universities, including Bocconi University and Università di Milano-Bicocca, where I teach AI and data science. With an MBA from POLIMI, my work spans education, strategic development, and innovation—focusing on nurturing talent and empowering organizations to thrive in today’s dynamic landscape.
One of my greatest passions lies in empowering individuals with the right skills and supporting startups, especially in this exciting AI era. We are witnessing significant digital and green-energy transformations across large enterprises and society at large. I firmly believe that by nurturing new ventures and equipping people with future-ready capabilities, we can collectively propel sustainable growth and tackle the challenges—and seize the opportunities—of this new era. In my role, I consistently identify high-potential ideas and support their journey toward real-world impact.
I’m energized by the creativity of entrepreneurs who combine cutting-edge AI with sustainable energy initiatives. As an angel investor, I actively search for and back early-stage companies poised to make a meaningful difference.
Being part of the ISSIP community—where service innovation meets sustainability—is truly inspiring.
I recently returned from Silicon Valley, where I had the privilege of engaging with its renowned entrepreneurial dynamism and breakthrough innovation. The conversations I had and the connections I made only reinforced my belief in the power of collaborative ecosystems on a global scale. I’m already planning a return trip in November—tentatively to lead a tech-leadership training for diplomats and C-level executives. I look forward to bringing back fresh insights to share with all of you—and I hope many of you will join me there!
Warm regards,
Andrea Biancini
