ISSIP was founded with the mission of supporting service innovation in our interconnected world. Our non-profit platform supports give-get-grow community engagement at all stages of career development, from student to diverse career roles to retired. This means that we are lifelong learners who give knowledge, resources and support to each other. We encourage and seek feedback from our peers and seek professional development through reciprocal exchange.
