Author a Book
ISSIP partners with the Business Expert Press (BEP) to empower innovators in publishing. BEP’s focus on concise, practical publications ensures significant visibility and impact for authors. The collaboration has produced notable series on Service System Innovations and Collaborative Intelligence, featuring theoretical advancements and real-world applications. Interested authors can submit proposals to contribute to this initiative.
Lead or Contribute to an ISSIP White Paper
ISSIP regularly hosts events to explore topics of importance to service innovation and ‘hot topics’ of interest among our global community of service innovation professionals. ISSIP methodology for a Discovery Summit or discovery series is to field a survey, then host a panel discussion(s) to further explore issues or opportunities raised. Following these exploratory panels, ISSIP publishes a white paper integrating findings, to share learnings and insights. In ISSIP’s volunteer led and managed model, white paper authors can be the organizing leader and a support team is often recruited to collaborate.
