ISSIP Names Solongo Boldtseren Community Engagement Lead

The International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP) is pleased to announce that Solongo Boldtseren has been named to the newly created role of Community Engagement Lead.

In this role, Solongo will help ISSIP better understand, grow, and support its global community of individuals, institutional partners, and collaborators who advance the organization’s mission of service innovation.

About the Role

The Community Engagement Lead is a new position focused on strengthening ISSIP’s connection with the people it serves worldwide. Key responsibilities include:

Mapping the ISSIP Community
Building a clear, data-driven picture of who makes up the global ISSIP community — from individuals and institutional partners to newsletter subscribers and social media followers — including demographics, geographic reach, and engagement levels across the organization’s various touchpoints.

Leading Onboarding and Engagement Strategy
Designing and managing a welcoming, structured onboarding experience for new participants, working alongside ISSIP’s Executive Director and Executive Committee to shape and streamline the process. Solongo will also participate in ISSIP’s quarterly Give Get Grow sessions, connecting directly with newcomers to understand what brought them to ISSIP and where they want to contribute.

Reporting on Trends and Opportunities
Delivering regular insights — monthly to the Executive Director and quarterly to the Executive Committee — on engagement trends, participant satisfaction, and the programs and topics resonating most with the community, along with recommendations for addressing emerging challenges and opportunities.

Solongo will also help lead an annual satisfaction survey and collaborate closely with ISSIP’s Executive Director and leadership team to grow the value ISSIP delivers to individuals, partners, and donors around the world.

Solongo Boldtseren is a Business Analyst and supply chain professional with 10 years of experience transforming business data into insights, improving processes, and building collaborative solutions across global organizations. She brings a unique combination of analytics expertise, operational experience, and stakeholder engagement skills to support ISSIP’s mission of advancing service innovation.

Throughout her career, Solongo has partnered with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop performance metrics, and create data-driven strategies that improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness. Her experience spans global procurement, supply chain operations, and digital analytics, including building scalable reporting platforms and AI-enabled solutions using SQL, Python, Azure SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Solongo holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Washington and is passionate about using data, technology, and human-centered approaches to strengthen communities.
