Editor’s Note:
ISSIP recently had its third Ambassador Panel Series on Women in Tech. It has drawn a lot of interests from next generation female leaders who wanted to hear the stories from women who went through the path before them. It was also a great opportunity for the panelists to learn from each other through engaging discussion that offered some great food for thought. In July, we are planning a Panel Discussion on Future of Work. With the rise of Generative AI and Chat GPT, the fear of AI and anxiety around job security is becoming more real across many industries. In this panel discussion, the panelists will discuss what skills we need to develop in order to be ready for Industry 5.0. If you are keen to learn more about what skills will give you the edge to excel in Industry 5.0, this panel discussion would be a good venue to hear about the latest thinking and insights on this topic.

I also would like to take this opportunity to send a big shout out to Zahra Shahsiah who has been supporting content planning and the curation of newsletter content.

Serving as an ISSIP Ambassador!

ISSIP is the professional membership association for people committed to advancing service innovation. In 2014, we established an ‘Ambassador Program,’ to provide a channel for ISSIP members involved in other organizations or peer entities to effectively liaise and collaborate on behalf of ISSIP with those groups.

Over the years, dozens of ISSIP members have stepped forward to build these collaborations with peer membership organizations, conferences that center service innovation, government, national or community entities, journals, research institutions and foundations. We are volunteer managed and limited only by ISSIP member vision for mutual benefit in collaboration with another peer entity.
