The International Society for Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP) was founded to support service innovation in our interconnected world. As a professional organization, ISSIP provides knowledge, resources and support to individuals and institutional donors, as a non-profit model of community engagement for lifelong learners at all stages, from student to industry, academic, NGO or government professional through to and including ‘giving back,’ in retirement.
Global participants in ISSIP community bring expertise in advanced technologies, processes, people or organizations to amplify capabilities, create new business models to scale benefits, and strategies to mitigate harms. Led and managed by volunteers, ISSIP’s global community supports and promotes service innovation in the following ways:
- Recognition, credentials and awards programs for innovators who inspire and positively impact business, society and innovation itself;
- Free guidance and mentoring to participants interested in publishing, whether chapters or books to ISSIP’s service science and service innovation collections (through partnership with Business Expert Press (BEP) or white papers, research or insights in the ISSIP News;
- Mentoring, networking and value creation opportunity for students, faculty and industry participants of ISSIP’s AI Collab, and MyT-Me program, and
- More than 100 ISSIP Ambassadors leverage the ISSIP platform to connect with peer organizations to build awareness and engagement in initiatives important to their careers, lives, and purpose.
